Submitting a contact form does not create a binding contract, guarantee a quote, or obligate either party to enter into a service agreement. Any paid engagement requires a separate written agreement.

These Terms do not govern project deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, revisions, intellectual property transfers, or any other terms related to professional services. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skoga Marketing and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms
